We hate to think that you might not be happy with your purchase (well as happy as a child of the night can be). We want all of your goth-y dreams to come true! So if something is wrong with your order, you’ve received the wrong stuff, or you’ve received a defective item please contact us as soon as possible. We aren’t an online giant, but we promise we’ll try our best to make things right.
We use a third-party printer who ships directly to you. This allows us to keep our prices low and our shipping times quick! We don’t keep stock on hand. If you receive an incorrect order or a defective item, we will exchange your item at no cost, but we rarely issue refunds.
At this time, we are not accepting returns or issuing refunds for items that don’t fit unless you receive the wrong size by mistake. It’s very important to read our sizing charts before ordering and ask any questions that you may have. If the item that you purchased doesn’t fit quite right, but you’d like another size, we’d be happy to issue you the same design with a 30% discount.
That being said, here are a few guidelines and notes:
To be eligible for an exchange or refund:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it – undamaged, unworn and unwashed (no blood stains or cat hair)
- Item must be in the original packaging
- You must contact us within 14 days of the date your order shipped. If we do not hear from you within 14 days, we won’t be able to process your return/refund.
To start the process, please contact us. It is important that you contact us first before returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will then send an additional email to notify you if we can issue a refund or if your item will be exchanged. If you are approved, then your refund (or return) will be processed. If you are receiving a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
